Chris Robbins - Managing Principal
Chris' previous experience includes managing director at a leading provider of C-PACE capital, and partner at Appian Capital, a mezzanine capital provider.
Additionally, Chris has held executive positions throughout the finance and real estate industries, leading capital strategy, business development and origination efforts.
Chris currently serves on the board of PACENation, on the executive committee of the Northern California Real Estate and Construction Council of City of Hope and participates on the ULI Redevelopment and Reuse Council.
Chris earned his B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
Joe Euphrat - Managing Principal
Prior to GreenRock, Joe was an early partner and senior executive at one of the country’s leading providers of C-PACE capital to commercial property owners. His early experience included 25 years in healthcare finance and real estate, initially with E.F. Hutton and Lehman Brothers, where he advised hospitals and health systems on capital planning, strategy and tax-exempt bond financings. Later he led the U.S. Western region healthcare capital markets for JLL. Joe is on the board of directors and chair of the finance committee for the Marin Health Medical Center in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Wilson Cheng - Principal
Wilson has a wide range of experience managing the accounting, operations, and compliance of financial services firms. Wilson’s 20+ years in the industry includes serving as the CFO/CCO at Fort Baker Capital Management, CFO of Tradewinds Investment, CFO at EcoAlpha Capital, Controller at Watershed Asset Management and Senior Accountant at EisnerAmper (formerly Harb, Levy & Weiland).
Wilson is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a CFA Charterholder, with a B.A. in Architecture from ShenZhen University and an M.B.A. in International Business from San Francisco State University.
Mitch Creem - Principal
Mitch is a seasoned healthcare executive, serving in leadership positions for over 30 years at prominent hospitals and health systems.
His vast experience includes serving as CEO of Verity Healthcare and Keck Medicine of USC, CFO of UCLA Health Sciences and Apollo Medical Holdings (AMEH), Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Tufts Medical Center and was a manager at PwC.
Mitch earned his B.S. from Boston University and M.H.A. from Duke University.
Michael Lincoln - Principal
Mike has a deep background in capital formation, financial services, and healthcare real estate.
Over more than 30 years he has held leadership roles at Bank of America, GE Healthcare Financial Services, Lillibridge Healthcare Services (Ventas, Inc.) and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
Mike is a registered securities representative and holds FINRA Series 7, 79, 63 and 24 licenses. He currently serves on the Board of Directors and member of the Finance Committee of Skokie, IL based Presbyterian Homes.
Mike graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Lisa has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with commercial real estate organizations including Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR, ALM and Connect Media.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces.
Lisa has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
Jim is a retired PwC Vice-Chair, where he served as Global Health Industries Leader and Chief Investments Officer, in addition to other roles. He is currently a board director and advisor in the healthcare, energy, and technology sectors. Jim is a CPB in California and Texas and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
James joined MultiCare in 2019 as their CFO. He previously served as CFO at Marin General Hospital in Greenbrae, CA; VP of Finance at St. Joseph Health System in Orange, CA; and CFO at St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, CA. He also held leadership positions with Tenet Healthcare and Interhealth Corp. James holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach.
As Managing Director, Dave leads Sonen Capital’s private markets investment activities, with an emphasis on real assets portfolio strategies. Previously, Dave was a MD at Stanford Management Company, where he was responsible for $9B in real estate, private equity & natural resources investments for the Stanford University endowment. Before Stanford, Dave was a Senior MD of Real Assets for Sterling Stamos. Prior to joining Sterling Stamos, Dave was one of the founding partners at Lone Star Opportunity Fund, where he held various responsibilities, for over $1 billion in commercial mortgage debt and real estate portfolios. Dave holds a B.A from Stanford University and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.
Martin Arrick recently retired from S&P Global Ratings where he was the managing director in the Corporate & Government Ratings Group, & senior analytical leader & group spokesman for the not-for-profit healthcare group. Based in San Francisco, Martin lead a team of healthcare analysts throughout the country and was actively involved in all aspects of the healthcare practice. Martin holds a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. and Masters in Public Health from Columbia University.
